Why We’re Supporting Mentor: A Partnership with Purpose

‘Fit’ is everything. Without it, the even the best ideas can fail.

The most successful partnerships, creative or commercial, begin with chemistry. Shared values, mutual respect, and a clear understanding of what each side brings to the table, and what they want to achieve.

As a result, there are three very good reasons why we jumped at the chance to support the Mentor Podcast, the new show from Marco Bertozzi and Rachael Forde as the official brand partner for the series.

1. People.

They’re both brilliant human beings. They’ve operated at the highest levels in advertising and media, but more than that, they’re excellent people; sharp, creative and no-nonsense who came to us with a fantastic and important idea. Life is too short to work with people who don’t share your values and work hard to get things done.

2. Precision.

Mentor is made by media people, for media people. As a branded content and studio production company working closely with agencies and brand partners, this collaboration was a perfect fit for Viral Tribe.

We passionately believe in this project. Like its parent initiative, TheZoo.London, this podcast shines a light on the power of experience and wisdom, at a time when businesses are in desperate need of both. By sharing stories and insights from some of the media industry’s greats, Mentor shows that not only are many of today’s challenges not new, but that even the best of us make mistakes—often on a spectacular scale.
